Design – we work with several freelance landscape architects and designers. We offer sketches, CAD, and full color renderings depending on your budget and scope of work. You can get this separate from your project before a contract is signed for installation or you can get them in a package together.
Build – we currently offer these types of projects:
planting (native and non-native but do not plant invasives)
drainage solutions (burying downspouts, grade work to reroute water, french drains, drain boxes, and dry creek beds)
patios (Belgard, Unilock, TechoBloc, or custom reclaimed materials)
retaining walls (bed borders, sitting walls, and full engineered)
irrigation (Rainbird products; spigot and rain barrel drip lines and misters for plants and large sq ft systems to water sod)
outdoor lighting (Kichler, Volt, and Site One’s low voltage line)
lawn (sods include: bermuda, zoysia, and fescue sod; seed includes any type of specialty grass, clover, and pollinator lawn replacements/meadows)
wood construction (privacy fences, pergolas, and decks)
Maintain – we do not cut grass but partner with a few vetted companies; feel free to message and ask us about recommendations for lawn care.
We do shrub & perennial trimming and as well as pruning trees seasonally. We pull weeds, edge beds, and install dye-free local mulch year round. If you have significant overgrowth or a large area to clear, talk to Sarah about woodchipping or stump grinding for free mulch or a burn permit. We avoid on site dumpsters and trips to the landfill whenever possible!
